• Learning a Second Language:  how to support students
• Project Lead the Way: information on this new middle school STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) hands on and project-based learning.
• 6th Grade World: tips for a successful transition to middle school.

Student Session*:

• Successful transition to 6^th grade: Tillicum 8th grade students share their experiences and will answer questions and share examples of their student planners, homework tips, and current class projects.

In addition, the AVID Students, in partnership with Bellevue Family YMCA Youth Leadership are fighting youth hunger Please support them by bringing nutritional snacks for homeless youth living in Friend of Youth shelters on the Eastside.  Lists of collected items are available on the poster.
